Course Overview

Aligned with Project Management Institute’s (PMI®’s) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide), and PMI’s Practice Standard for Project Risk Management, this course will teach you the most effective practices, tools, and techniques for managing project risk.  During the class you’ll not only learn the principles and methodologies of risk management, you’ll also participate in hands-on group activities and exercises that you can immediately apply to your own projects. This elite course is only offered for groups–inquire for your company!
