Course Overview

Leadership, accountability, and professional maturity issues are common on projects and teams – too common.  This interactive course addresses these issues head-on.  During this class you’ll have a chance to pose short problem scenarios (from a provided list or your own personal one) and take your best shot at proposing how the scenario might best be handled.  The instructor then evaluates the solutions and reveals the most effective course of action – best practices – to follow. This elite course is only offered for groups–inquire for your company!

I expected the same old class discussing PM techniques but got so much more. I’m walking away with ideas and practices that have the potential to transform my career and my success with clients because I am looking at things differently and not just trying to implement another PM practice.

Neal’s workshop was perhaps the best professional experience I’ve ever had. His many wise and insightful observations have become icons in my thinking—largely because he managed to capture and convey truths that relate to being a project manager, not simply practicing project management.

Program Manager, Health Care

Neal is an excellent speaker. He has mastered the skill of capturing and keeping a person’s attention.”

Project Manager, Construction Supplier

I was so impressed with Neal’s ability to role play interpersonal issues in the manner that he did. In my many years as a conference-going PM, I’ve never seen anyone be so daring or effective in a group setting with such difficult subject matter.”

Program Manager, Health Care

Neal injects badly needed leadership skills and accountability into project management.

Project Manager, Federal Government

Neal’s’ experience in the real world is very impressive and brings a perspective not easily found.
