Velociteach invented the practice of guaranteeing results for PMP® and CAPM® prep courses, and our promise to you is simple. If you take Velociteach’s 3-Day PMP® or 3-Day CAPM® course and do not pass the exam the first time, we will create a custom study plan for you. If you haven’t passed the exam after three attempts within a year of completing the course, Velociteach will refund 100% of your course tuition.
Refunds
Because of high demand, many of our courses sell out and students often register over six months in advance to insure that they have a seat. We allow students to cancel their registration any time 30 or more days prior to their originally scheduled course date and issue a full refund. Less than 30 days prior to the class, the registration fee is non-refundable; however, students may still take advantage of our class change policy.
Class Changes
Classes may be rescheduled or changed to a different location free of charge if its done within 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled class date. Velociteach works with students to honor requests as space allows. If students reschedule between 1 and 14 days prior to the scheduled class date, a $250 fee will be charged. If adjustments are made the day the class starts, the student is considered a “no show” and a $500 fee will be applied (see our No Show Policy below).

Registration
Classes fill up fast, so students are encouraged to register well in advance. If you would like to save a seat with no financial obligation, our “Save A Seat” program lets you do just that. Simply fill out this form and your seat will be saved. As the date gets closer, Velociteach will send you an email asking if you would like to register.
Course Location Changes
Velociteach reserves the right to change the location of a class, as long as it is in the same general vicinity as the original location. We will notify registered students in the event of such a change.
No Show Policy
All students that complete registration will have a reserved seat in that class. Any rescheduling must be done in advance, per our written policy above (See Class Changes). All students that are not present for the scheduled class without rescheduling with Velociteach in advance will be charged $500 to transfer registration to another class.
