Jack’s Story – New to Formal Project Management Disciplines
Jack has managed projects for six months at a mid-sized transportation company. He would like to take the PMP® to advance his career and PM knowledge, but he is 3,500 hours short of meeting the qualifications to apply to take the exam. Instead, Jack has opted to seek his Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®), which is a PMI certification designed for those with less project experience, but requires a clear understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management.
