The Velociteach ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Course begins
with IT concepts and definitions and then describes how ITIL 4
integrates current IT service management concepts, such as
cloud computing, DevOps, Agile, LEAN, and project
management. The ITIL 4 Four Dimension Model is fully described.
The ITIL 4 Service Value System (SVS) is introduced and shows
how the Service Value Chain takes an opportunity and through
the ITIL 4 model adds value by focusing on its Guiding
Principles and its 6 key activities. The course ends with an
overview of key ITIL 4 management practices. When you’re
