About This Course
Once upon a time, there was a software development team. They worked remotely and felt pretty good about their results. One day, the team committed to implementing agile principles even though their team size and locations were not ideal for agile. Because of that, the team implemented new processes, experimented often, and adapted continually. Until finally this remote group began producing like a unified team – one team – with one mission.
In this course, our SME, Kupe, will talk about the role of a Delivery Leader and introduce his 4 Steps to Success. You’ll learn how you can work with your team of any size to implement agile principles when all the odds seem to be against you. You will walk away with ideas you and your team can use to improve your delivery, efficiency and effectiveness.
This course is also available in the PDU Passport, our all-access pass to every InSite PDU course.
