About This Course

Hasty changes in a client can complicate the job of a project manager. The abrupt changes can be costly to you and the outcome of the project. This course will explore and educate you on techniques to anticipate changes, and stay centered during the process. A successful project manager knows how to identify options, and minimize damage to achieve the best outcome. In any industry, changes are inevitable and handling them in the best way possible can significantly improve your performance, and ultimately your career.

This course is also available in the bundle, 24 PDUs to Satisfy Your Talent Triangle, as well as the PDU Passport, our all-access pass to every InSite PDU course.
