An incredibly interesting discussion on topics that are not normally connected, dyslexia and project management. It was enlightening to understand that people with dyslexia are very innovative and creative. Of course, these are the talents needed in effective project management. This discussion included topics such as dyslexic letter font, helping the neuro diverse employees in the workplace with communication, accommodations, plus other related subjects. In summary, this podcast is a powerful learning experience.

This was a really great reminder. I’ll definitely make use of this to help reinvent / reignite and work on my skillset on project management and leading meetings. I really liked the idea of recording videos to look for the flaws or areas of improvement.

This is one of the most interesting topics that I have ever came across. It has never occurred to me to link project management to a long lingering social issue that plagues a lot of countries, not only the US. What Amy shared hit home at so many levels.
Thank you Amy for your insight and thank you Bill & Wendy for bringing this to us.

Phenomenal podcast (Episode 146 – Water Access Rwanda) that provides tangible “best practices” for addressing project sustainability issues in project management. Additionally, extremely relevant information and example on business development and community development projects globally. I can see why this successful young woman has received so many accolades.
