Friday, I received this story from a Student named Bill. He overcame not one but TWO server crashes while taking the PMP Exam. Bill kept his cool; he persevered; he passed! Read Bill’s story:
“I recall you mentioning on the cd recordings that you like to hear your student success stories. Do I have a story to tell! I took the PMP exam yesterday. What I thought would be a 4 hour exam ended up being a 6 hour experience from hell. Two hours into the exam my computer locked up, along with the 3 other testers in the room. After an hour delay, the test site was able to get the server back up and running. Settling back down to finish the second half of the exam, the server crashed a second time 40 minutes later. When I finally clicked the end exam button, nearly 6 hours had gone by. You can only imagine how happy I was to click the end exam button after I had reviewed the last question. I just wanted to get out of that place. Thanks to all of the course material you provide, which I used in my preparation, I was able to stay focused on the task at hand and not let the unanticipated events get in my way of passing the PMP exam. Your material works if it’s used and the student is willing to put in the time it takes to prepare. Thank you.”
Exam Tip: be prepared for anything!
