Well, good news. The book is out and is working its way to fill the supply chain. This involves many steps, including manufacturing, distributing, warehouses, and retail shelves, but it effectively means that most of you should start getting books from Amazon and other sources in 7 to 10 days. I got this book by Andy Crowe. Though the content is so far so good. I have not completed reading through yet. I see there are some edit mistakes and spell mistakes that need to be taken care of.
One such is on page 75 the heading of a section says ” ROUND RULES” instead of GROUND RULES. These are small but obvious and be corrected in edit checks.
