Class Overview
The Velociteach 2-Day Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Exam Prep Class is comprehensive, accelerated, and focused on a single goal: Equip students with the knowledge and techniques they need to pass the Project Management Institute’s (PMI)® PMI-ACP certification exam. The PMI-ACP certification is a great next step for those who hold the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification.
This class covers the history and basic concepts of Agile, its methodologies, strategies—all the key areas of required study for the certification exam. Looking beyond the exam, students will learn real-world applications of the Agile approach.
The 2-day instructor-led PMI-ACP class is delivered virtually – no travel needed!

- Ensure you meet PMI’s criteria for the certification you are pursuing.
- Complete required contact training hours needed for the application.
- Complete and submit the application.
- Upon acceptance and approval of your application, submit exam fee payment.
- Receive ID code from PMI (along with instructions for how to schedule your exam).

No advance reading or preparation is required for this course; however, students may choose to begin reading the course textbook ahead of time. This is suggested but not required.
Those who plan to take the PMI-ACP Exam upon completion of this course should meet PMI’s requirements for PMI-ACP certification and complete the exam application process with PMI.
