Class Overview
The Velociteach 2-day Agile Fundamentals class provides students with a foundation in the history, methodologies, and strategies of Agile project management. The Agile Manifesto, 12 principles of Agile, Scrum, Lean and eXtreme are presented. In addition, students learn the differences between traditional “waterfall” and Agile approaches to managing projects and how the two can work together to deliver project results.
Note: The Agile Fundamentals class is only available for private groups of 10 or more students.
