Course Overview
This course is perfect for those comfortable with the basic principles of project management, and it provides a hands-on, in depth look at how to successfully manage real-world projects. Theoretical discussion will be paired with the practical application of tools and techniques of project management. This course serves as both an excellent follow-up to our PM Fundamentals course (exploring many of the same concepts in greater depth) and as a standalone course for more seasoned project managers. This course is only offered for groups – inquire for your company!
