Course Overview

This course teaches you the leading practices for organizing, documenting, and managing project scope. You’ll learn how to identify your project’s organizational type and accurately gather project requirements, as well as the 10 key tools to use and how to use them to ensure that the finished product lines up with stakeholder expectations. This elite course is only offered for groups–inquire for your company!
