Refunds
We allow students to cancel their class registration any time 30 or more calendar days prior to their originally scheduled class date and receive a full refund, minus a charge of $500 for the cost of materials (InSite, the All-in-One PMP® Exam Prep Kit, and Student Workbook Kit, if applicable), if those materials were previously received. Fewer than 30 days prior to the originally scheduled class date, the registration fee is non-refundable; however, students may still take advantage of our class change policy (see Class Changes below).
Class Changes
You may request to reschedule or change your class location free of charge as long as you do so 15 or more calendar days prior to your scheduled class date. We will work with you to honor your request as space allows. If you need to make a class change within 14 days of the class start date, a change fee of $250 will be assessed. If a change is requested on or after the first day of class, a $500 fee will apply (see No Show Policy below).
No Show Policy
Upon completing your registration, Velociteach will reserve a seat for you in the requested class. Any rescheduling must be done in advance per our written policy above (see Class Changes). In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled class, and you did not reschedule with Velociteach by the previous business day, you will be charged $500 to transfer your registration to another class date.
