Neal Whitten – Let’s Talk! Leadership, Accountability, and Professional Maturity

Neal Whitten – Let’s Talk! Leadership, Accountability, and Professional Maturity

Course Overview.

Leadership, accountability, and professional maturity issues are common on projects and teams – too common.  This interactive course addresses these issues head-on.  During this class you’ll have a chance to pose short problem scenarios (from a provided list or your own personal one) and take your best shot at proposing how the scenario might best be handled.  The instructor then evaluates the solutions and reveals the most effective course of action – best practices – to follow. This elite course is only offered for groups–inquire for your company!

I expected the same old class discussing PM techniques but got so much more. I’m walking away with ideas and practices that have the potential to transform my career and my success with clients because I am looking at things differently and not just trying to implement another PM practice.”- Senior Project Manager, Business Consultant

Duration:  1 or 2 days (8 hrs./day)       PDUs:        8 or 16

Note: This seminar (2-day version) has been offered by PMI® SeminarsWorld®. 2-day includes more time on individual and group exercises as well as quizzes.
