What’s Changing?

PMI Has Announced Upcoming Changes to PMP® Training Requirements

PMI recently communicated planned changes that would require live PMP exam prep training to be delivered through specific authorized channels beginning later this year.

Like many organizations in the project management training space, we are actively evaluating what these changes mean for long-term PMP licensing and delivery models.

While the situation continues to evolve, we believe it’s important to communicate transparently with our partners and prospective instructors as more information becomes available.

We did not anticipate or hope for this direction from PMI, and we understand the uncertainty these changes may create for organizations exploring PMP training opportunities.

At this time, we are continuing conversations and evaluating possible paths forward. While we cannot yet provide definitive answers regarding future PMP licensing availability, we remain hopeful that workable solutions may emerge as the industry adapts to these changes.
