I am always open to new approaches and perspectives as I continue to mature. I have managed many projects in my life (not just in my career) and can attest to the definitional aspect of projects in that they are “unique.” Maybe it’s this aspect that ensures each project to be exciting and satisfying upon completion; what’s your opinion?
I enjoy sharing project management with others. I often instruct PM courses, either live in the classroom or live via remote network connections. Often the courses involve curriculum that I have had a hand in developing. I am always interested in not only project management topics, but also new and engaging methods of leading others to understand such subjects. E-learning techniques are also very appropo in our field, even including such a vehicle as this SavvyPM environment in which we are sharing right now!
