Course Overview

This one day course is a Project Management scheduling immersive.  Students will focus on learning the basics of scheduling theory, the tools and techniques, and the importance of schedule maintenance and communication.  Through the use of situational exercises, you will learn and practice using scheduling output to monitor and control projects. This elite course is only offered for groups–inquire for your company!
