Course Overview
Aligned with Project Management Institute’s (PMI®’s) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide), this course will teach students the most common and effective practices, tools, and techniques for project estimating. During the class, students will not only learn the history and intent behind project estimates, but they’ll also participate in hands-on group activities and exercises that can they can immediately apply to their own projects.
